Introduction: This product is a kneader designed for kneading materials before catalyst/adsorbent extrusion. The kneader, also known as a kneading pot, is a pair of blades (usually in a Z shape) that cooperate and rotate with each other to produce a strong shearing effect, which causes semi-dry or rubbery viscous plastics to react quickly to obtain a uniform mixing and stirring device. It is widely used in industries such as catalysts and adsorbents. It is an ideal equipment for mixing, kneading, crushing, dispersing, and repolymerizing various high-viscosity materials. This equipment has the advantages of uniform mixing, no dead angles, high kneading efficiency, and simple operation.

Working principle: The kneader is a special mixing and stirring equipment that uses two Σ blades and adopts a side-by-side tangent differential arrangement, that is, one stirring paddle has a fast speed and the other has a slow speed, so as to generate shear force. Different paddle speeds enable the mixed materials to be sheared quickly, so that the materials can be mixed evenly.

Put the powder into the kneading cylinder and run it for a certain period of time. When the material is fully kneaded and evenly mixed, the liquid in the storage tank is evenly sprayed into the material in the kneading cylinder through the nozzle on the upper cover of the kneading machine through the metering pump (time and flow are adjustable). After kneading for a certain period of time to achieve satisfactory results, the material is poured out through the hydraulic cylinder flipping.
