The metal mesh belt is supported by rollers and is mainly used for drying and roasting catalyst powders or low-strength granular materials. Feeding is achieved through hoppers or stainless steel trays, ensuring uninterrupted feeding and improving drying or roasting efficiency.
Applications
Widely used in the drying, calcination, and activation processes of industrial catalysts, molecular sieves, and activated carbon.
Structural Features
Mesh belt kilns are continuous kilns, with a metal mesh belt as the transmission method. The metal mesh belt is supported by rollers and is mainly used for drying and roasting catalyst powders or low-strength granular materials. Feeding is achieved through hoppers or stainless steel trays, ensuring uninterrupted feeding and improving drying or roasting efficiency. Based on the heating method, they can be divided into flame-heated and electrically heated mesh belt kilns. Different stainless steel mesh belt materials are selected according to the kiln temperature. Due to the limitations of the mesh belt material, the operating temperature of mesh belt kilns is below 1000℃.
